Privacy policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why, and what you can do about it. It also summarises how the Audact platform handles call data on behalf of its customers.

Who is responsible

Controller for this website, and for what you send us through it: Audact AI Ltd, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom (company no. 17059133), "Audact" or "we". Contact: privacy@audact.ai.

AUDACT AI LIMITED (Ireland, CRO 822514) is the EU operating company: it runs this website and signs customer agreements. Where an agreement has been assigned to it, it is the controller for that record and the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) is the supervisory authority. If you need this settled before you sign, ask privacy@audact.ai and get the answer in writing.

What this website collects

  • Demo bookings. The booking calendar is provided by Google (Google Calendar appointment scheduling). When you book, you enter your name, your email address and any details you choose to add on Google's page, and Google sends the booking to our calendar. Google processes this data under its own terms and privacy policy.
  • Emails you send us: your address and what you write.
  • Technical logs. Our host, Vercel, records basic request data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to deliver and secure the website.
  • Your language. A small cookie remembers the language you chose. See the cookie policy.
  • Audience measurement. Vercel Web Analytics counts page views and clicks on the demo buttons, without cookies and without identifying you: visitors are counted through a hash that changes every day.

This website has no forms, no advertising trackers and no newsletter.

Technical logs
To operate and secure the website. Art. 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in security. Kept for a short period set by our host.
Language cookie
To show the website in your language. Art. 6(1)(f), strictly necessary, no consent required. One year.
Audience measurement

Where data is stored

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. in the United States, and the booking calendar is run by Google. Transfers outside the European Economic Area rely on the mechanisms of Chapter V GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The Audact platform is hosted primarily in Frankfurt (AWS eu-central-1). A backup region in Ireland (eu-west-1) is being set up. Hosting is EU-based rather than EU-exclusive: some platform sub-processors are US-owned, and those transfers run under standard contractual clauses.

Call data on the Audact platform

Personal data that passes through a customer's deployment (callers, transcripts, receipts) is processed on that customer's instructions. The customer, for example a real estate network or agency, is the controller. Audact is a processor, under the data processing agreement attached to the customer's signed order form.

Audio is not retained by default. Where a customer switches recording on, it is kept for up to 90 days and then deleted. Compliance metadata and fingerprints are kept for the period agreed with the customer.

If you called an agency that uses Audact, contact that agency first. We will help it answer your request.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format (Articles 15 to 22 GDPR). Write to privacy@audact.ai.

To help us find your data, give your name, the email address or phone number concerned and the period. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We reply within 30 days, extendable by up to 60 days for complex requests, with notice.

Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the EU country where you live or work (in France, the CNIL). The authority for Audact AI Ltd is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO, United Kingdom). The authority for AUDACT AI LIMITED is the Data Protection Commission (DPC, Ireland).

Changes

We update this policy when the website or the service changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
